What do you get when you weld together random junk parts to make something fun with a complete lack of concern for safety?… A redneck go kart! This reminds me of the Red Bull Soap Box races I watched in Philadelphia this past weekend. The races definitely have a redneck spirit and are a lot of fun to watch. The soap boxes are homemade, usually reference something sexual or crude, they are raced down huge hills at ridiculous speeds, and the crowd roots for disasterous wipeouts. If it comes to your city, you should definitely check it out!

You’re not gonna believe this one. I saw this on CNN today. Farmer Erects Redneck Stonehenge. A redneck in a small farming community got pissed when they built a subdivision around his farm and the new neighbors were apparently complaining about the smells and dust form the farm so to make a point, he built a fence out of old cars. His point being, if you don’t like it, move! I love this guys attitude but I don’t know who he’s trying to make the point to because they interview his neighbor and his neighbor seems like the chillest guy in the world.

I came across this article in the online version of a UK newspaper. This woman opens up about her sexual relationship with her older brother and describes it as a healthy loving relationship that developed naturally. She recalls how the relationship turned sexual and how sex with her brother was always more intense and satisfying than sex with any of her boyfriends.
The article is written in a defensive and persuasive tone as though she is tryin to convince the reader that sex with one sibling is a natural and healthy thing and we as a society should have more progressive attitudes towards incest and not always associate it with abuse. She also describes how her and her brother ultimately decided to end their sexual relationship because society just doesn’t understand and how she is devastated to watch her brother get married to another woman.
This is definitely some Redneck stuff! Personally, thinking about either one of my sisters in a sexual way makes me wanna vomit but I guess I’m just a prude.
